Text space. I wanted to create a dramatic atmosphere in this
kitchen. Since red increases energy, we used it here to increase
conversation and create a dynamic and engaging atmosphere
for this large family who entertains frequently.
Painting the ceiling, although scary for some, is extremely
effective when using dark colours above cabinetry. Left unpainted,
the strip of colour creates a horizontal line that lowers the visual
height of the room.
