General Overview This urban contemporary condominium is in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh with breathtaking views of Heinz Field, PNC Park and Point State Park. The project challenge was combining three dated condo units totaling 3,600 square feet and turning them into one cohesive space for living and entertaining. To achieve this, all three units were completely gutted. The new layout features unexpected curves and a creative use of color. The unit contains a foyer, entertainment / living space, dining area, bar and kitchen which are all open to one another. It also includes an office, powder room, two guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a full master suite. |
