Artistic Director Josette Buisson is the founder of a unique color-marketing concept, which has become the pathway for a deep remodeling of Pittsburgh® Paints’ Voice of Color® concept. With the Harmony Collection™ and the one-of-a-kind Color Sense Game™ among many innovative tools, Josette has categorically transformed the way we look at, understand, and choose colors.
A member and shareholder of the international Color Marketing Group (CMG) since 1994, Josette has been combining her passion for color and marketing in the paint business for over 10 years.
Josette is the vibrant soul of the new Voice of Color® system. Utterly passionate about the science of color, she is a voracious reader, continually learning about all realms of the world and its myriad cultures. Her diverse interests are aptly reflected in her personal Harmony Collection™ family, Tapestry & Mosaic™.

Marketing Manager, Pittsburgh® Paints
Tom is a twenty-year sales and marketing veteran with broad experience in brand building and business-to-business marketing. His background includes the development and execution of marketing communication strategies for a wide range of clients and products during his career in both agency and manufacturer marketing. Prior to joining PPG in 2003, Tom was a marketing manager with brand powerhouse H.J. Heinz.
Tom currently leads the PPG marketing team responsible for all product, brand building and promotional activities surrounding the growing Pittsburgh® Paints business, including the new Voice of Color®.
Tom’s main and secondary Harmony Collection™ families are Water Beads™ and Desert Spice™.

Dee is marketing communications manager for the Pittsburgh® Paints brand. She brings more than 6 years of color marketing experience and 12 years of paint experience to The Voice of Color® program. Dee has a Bachelor's of Art in English and a M.S. in Environmental Science Management. Both degrees have enhanced the creative and science parts of marketing The Voice of Color.
Dee managed the launch of the Pittsburgh Paints Pure Performance line of environmental paints. She also worked closely with the Rachel Carson Homestead foundation and Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater organization during their renovations that specified only environmentally-sound paints. She was editor of PaintLines, Pittsburgh Paints dealer newsletter from its inception in 1996 until 1999. Dee is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and of the Color Marketing Group (CMG).
She loves spending time with her husband and son, and likes riding horses, hiking, mosaics, and re-discovering the world through her son's eyes. Dee's Harmony Collection™ families are: Desert Spice™ (primary) and Almonds & Honey™ (secondary).

Andrea is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh with majors in Chemistry and Psychology. She attended Wagner Institute for Color Research to study the Language of Color. Andrea has been a member and Chairholder of the Color Marketing Group since 1995. She is also a columnist for Color Lines, a monthly column in our Pittsburgh Paints dealer newsletter, Paintlines.
Her color styling expertise can be seen in her co-development of the Voice of Color® palette that includes more than 1,800 colors. Andrea selected colors for Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater palette, an inspired collection reminiscent of Wright’s love of nature and building materials. The palette was unveiled in May of 2003.
Andrea started her career with PPG in 1977; 26 of those years in the color area. Currently Senior Color Stylist and Team Leader of the Color Lab, she teaches an In-House Color 101 course and gives the Language of Color presentation to color professionals.
Andrea’s Harmony Collection™ families are Water Beads™ and Leather, Stone & Wood™, which reflects her love for the outdoors.

Jeff Meade, the Manager of Color Services for PPG Architectural Finishes, brings more than 25 years of color experience to the Voice of Color® program. He has received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Business and Chemistry. These degrees have provided a solid background for understanding the technical and practical aspects required for developing color systems. Jeff also has years of technical experience - developing colorants, paints, and color palettes and has a thorough understanding of the capabilities of the tints and bases used by the various PAF brands. He has used this knowledge to develop many color systems and was the guiding force behind the development of the Voice of Color® palette.
Like a kaleidoscope, color is always changing and Jeff is dedicated to bringing our customers the best of what's new, married to the best of the tried and true. Jeff's Harmony Collection™ family is: Leather, Stone & Wood™.
